I want to take this time to thank you for all you and your team has done for us. Since you did our set up in early February it seems as if we have had one mishap after another. But, you were there every step of the way. All I had to do was email you and you came running. Chris in our line of work where we are dealing with customers the one thing I learned a long time ago is there is nothing more important than customer services. It is everything and without it we are nothing. I want to thank you for also sending to our rescue Manuel and Ed. These gentlemen are professional and great to work with. Manuel settled our data path password problem and even called us back to make sure it was handled. The next day was the day we had that huge storm and we had to reboot our computers and the computer that we never had a problem with was the very one that gave us a problem. I email you that night and the next morning Ed called. It took him a about an hour and a half but he stayed with it a got that computer working. When we were ready later that same afternoon to send claims we noticed that our revenue management was not working, We called Ed back and he took care of that problem as well. And here is the kicker Chris, the next morning Manuel called and checked on us to make sure we were alright you talk about customer service I can say that Altex has plenty. Now why is this so very important to us? Well thanks to you and your team we were able to send a huge client a service agreement and they are going to allow us to do their billing. Now I know we have put a lot of work into this client, but you and your tech team really cam through for us.

Over the past 11 years we have used a handful of Medisoft Value Added Resellers (VARs) and even purchased Medisoft and Office Hours directly from McKesson, but our EMR purchase from Altex has lead to a successful EMR transition. Since our office was effectively using Medisoft as our Practice Management to process over 100 patients per day, it just made sense that we embrace Medisoft Clinical.  Though it has been a challenge for our office of 5 Docs and 35 staff to transition from our previous EMR to Medisoft clinical, we applaud the training we have received from Donna Whitson who has helped us to customize the EMR to fit our specialty and allow our Doctors to finish their notes in the room with their patients. In addition the technical support we have received from Jeff Wailes has been remarkable; he is always able to find a quick and positive solution to any problem. Together with their team of support staff, they are truly the example of dedication and service.

I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciate the help of your technical support group.  In every instance I have requested help over the past months, I have received return phone calls in a timely manner.  The experts are always able to provide the answers that I need to get my job done.  And they always use our back phone lines when directed and work early morning hours or even Friday afternoons so that our normal office hours are not disrupted when their work keeps us out of our software for longer periods of time.  Please let your entire technical support staff know how grateful we are for their support!

It has been brought to our attention that a complaint has been registered against Altex Solutions in Houston, Texas and specifically against Jeff Wailes in the support department.  The accusation stated that we, (Calvary Medical Clinic) were unhappy with the support we were receiving from Jeff.  I, as the Regional Manager of Calvary Medical Clinic, can assure you this accusation is bogus.  I have been associated with Altex and some of their employees for almost 8 years and have always been more than pleased with their response and support.  1   arrive at work very early some mornings, around 6 a.m.,  and sometimes I run into  a problem or need some instruction  on what to do regarding  a report or a format solution  and I txt Jeff on his cell phone and he always  responds. Jeff goes above and beyond as does Cris Orsag, Jose and Jay.  Melissa that answers the phone is priceless  in her message taking  and will even walk back to get one of the guys on the phone for me There may be times that  every company support may not be able  to answer a problem  immediately but Altex has almost always returned my txt  or my call.   As far as I  am concerned Altex  will  be the ONLY support company we ever have dealings  with and I  can further assure you that the company we have dealt  with occasionally   in the past cannot begin to measure up to Altex's  professionalism, knowledge  or support.
