I want to take this time to thank you for all you and your team has done for us. Since you did our set up in early February it seems as if we have had one mishap after another. But, you were there every step of the way. All I had to do was email you and you came running. Chris in our line of work where we are dealing with customers the one thing I learned a long time ago is there is nothing more important than customer services. It is everything and without it we are nothing. I want to thank you for also sending to our rescue Manuel and Ed. These gentlemen are professional and great to work with. Manuel settled our data path password problem and even called us back to make sure it was handled. The next day was the day we had that huge storm and we had to reboot our computers and the computer that we never had a problem with was the very one that gave us a problem. I email you that night and the next morning Ed called. It took him a about an hour and a half but he stayed with it a got that computer working. When we were ready later that same afternoon to send claims we noticed that our revenue management was not working, We called Ed back and he took care of that problem as well. And here is the kicker Chris, the next morning Manuel called and checked on us to make sure we were alright you talk about customer service I can say that Altex has plenty. Now why is this so very important to us? Well thanks to you and your team we were able to send a huge client a service agreement and they are going to allow us to do their billing. Now I know we have put a lot of work into this client, but you and your tech team really cam through for us.
Just a note of thanks for your help with our Computer System Network and our Medisoft software including Medisoft and EMR software. Your expertise and experience in all of these areas is greatly appreciated. It is good to know that we have a quick and capable response team when needed. We are pleased to recommend your services to anyone who needs them.

They have assisted with any problems we have had thus far to our satisfaction.
