We now offer phone support support plans that give your office complete peace of mind.
All of our phone support plans require prepayment and will benefit your office.

Altex Customer Portal

Our Customer Portal is your direct link to our help desk.  With a valid support agreement you now have the ability to login to your account and view ticket status, create new support tickets and view our knowledge base.  If you need to purchase a support agreement please click here to request a current support agreement.  Once completed fax or email it back our office so we can process payment and get your office setup so you can access the portal.  We will send back confirmation once you are setup along with your username and password for the portal.
